Lock in these prices for your first 12 months. We set everything up from your fleet list and last week's bookings. In return, we measure the hours you get back and ask for a quote if it works.
Founding partners: no charge if you cancel within the first 30 days. You're invoiced from day one. Cancel inside 30 days and we refund that first month, or don't send the invoice if it hasn't gone out.

- Off-season? Pause for up to 4 months a year for NZ$49 a month +GST (NZ$56.35 incl. GST). Your data and connections stay put.
- Pay annually and get 12 months for the price of 10.
- Cancel any time. No lock-in.
Messages
Texts and WhatsApp messages go through your own Twilio account, or you copy and send them from your phone. We don't resell SMS or WhatsApp, so there are no message bundles to buy from us. Supplier emails go from your own Gmail.

Pricing questions
How much does DayRunner cost?
From NZ$349 a month plus GST for up to 5 vehicles, NZ$549 for 6 to 12, and NZ$799 for 13 to 20 vehicles or charter. Setup is included and you can cancel any time. Our first five founding partners pay NZ$249, NZ$399 or NZ$599 a month, locked for 12 months, and pay nothing if they cancel within the first 30 days. See pricing.
How long does setup take?
For you, about an hour. Send us your fleet list and last week's bookings and we do the rest. Tomorrow is planned within 24 hours.
Does DayRunner replace Rezdy, FareHarbor or Rental Car Manager?
No. It reads tomorrow's bookings from them and does the planning after the sale. Your booking system stays where it is.
What if we're not on Rezdy, FareHarbor or Rental Car Manager?
Use a CSV export from your system, or a spreadsheet. Bókun, Checkfront and Peek on request.
