DayRunner is made by Prompt6 Limited, a New Zealand company. We build software for small operators who run their day on a booking system, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group.
Why DayRunner
Booking systems got very good at selling seats. The part after the sale didn't change. Someone still sits down every evening with tomorrow's manifest and works out who's driving, which van, the pickup times, and whether the lunch stop has confirmed.
We talked to NZ operators and read their job ads. Operators are hiring people to "prepare daily schedules for guides and drivers" and build "daily manifests for pickups". That's the job DayRunner does.
We keep a person in charge. DayRunner plans and drafts. You approve. Nothing sends without you.
Who's behind it
Built in New Zealand by a small team that's worked inside tour and rental operations. We set up every founding partner ourselves.
What we won't do
- Send a message to your guests or suppliers without your approval
- Sell or share your data
- Make you switch booking systems
- Lock you in. Cancel any time, and ask us to export or delete your data.
